Pretty much a summary of my initial reaction to ACTA (the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement): If SOPA and the PROTECT IP Act are the trolls of the litigation and online-policy worlds, then ACTA is the NINJA troll of said worlds.

... Stupid ninja troll...
