Picarto Has No Cool Down!

Anew was hosting a livestream on Picarto earlier today, and started messing around with his mod-powers. 

As shown above, he started to wonder what the difference in cool-down was between a kick and a ban proper.  I told him to just go ahead and try it on me (ironically, earlier he was messing around with selectively deleting all posts by a given user, and I was mildly annoyed when he did that to me :-p).  I think I mostly was just thinking of the above line when I invited him to try it on me :-p.

(I have no idea if Anew would ever even consider quoting 300, really :-p.)
